Job Description:
We are seeking a strategic and experienced Customer Service Manager to lead our service department and champion a customer-centric culture across the entire organization. Your primary objective will be to ensure the department operates with peak efficiency and profitability while significantly increasing customer satisfaction, loyalty, and retention.
The ideal candidate is a visionary leader who can translate high-level service goals into actionable policies, nurturing a high-performing team that consistently exceeds customer expectations.
Requirements:
Strategic Leadership & Growth
Experience Enhancement: Improve the end-to-end customer journey to create highly engaged customers and facilitate organic business growth.
Mission Deployment: Set a clear departmental mission and deploy targeted strategies focused on achieving that vision.
Process Development: Design, implement, and regularly review service procedures, policies, and quality standards to ensure consistency.
Operations & Team Management
Talent Development: Recruit, mentor, and develop customer service agents, fostering an environment of empowerment and professional excellence.
Workflow Management: Maintain an orderly and prioritized workflow to ensure all customer inquiries are handled within established SLAs.
Resource Oversight: Control resources and utilize assets effectively to meet both qualitative service targets and quantitative financial goals.
Budgetary Control: Adhere to and manage the approved departmental budget with strict financial discipline.
Data Analysis & Quality Assurance
Issue Ownership: Take full ownership of complex customer issues, following them through to complete resolution.
Reporting: Analyze service statistics and compile accurate reports to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Documentation: Ensure meticulous record-keeping of all customer service actions, discussions, and resolutions.
Industry Alignment: Stay ahead of industry developments and emerging technologies to apply best practices across the department.
Qualifications and Skills:
Experience: * Proven experience as a Customer Service Manager, Retail Manager, or Assistant Manager.
A strong track record of providing high-level customer service support and leading teams.
Technical Skills:
Software Proficiency: Working knowledge of modern customer service software (CRM), databases, and support tools.
Industry Awareness: Strong awareness of the latest technology trends and their applications in service delivery.
Management Techniques: Excellent knowledge of modern management methods and organizational techniques.
