Job Description:

We are seeking a highly organized and collaborative CRM Administrator to serve as a technical backbone for our Revenue Operations Team. This role is designed for a professional who views a CRM not just as a database, but as a strategic engine for commercial growth. You will manage and enhance system functionality, working closely with cross-functional teams to translate their operational challenges into scalable technical solutions.

The ideal candidate is a proactive problem-solver who balances high-level data modeling with the daily discipline of troubleshooting, training, and maintaining absolute data integrity.

Requirements:

System Administration & Customization

  • Architecture Management: Provide comprehensive administration support, focusing on the configuration of custom objects, record types, page layouts, and user permissions.

  • Process Automation: Create, manage, and optimize complex workflow rules, data validation, and approval processes to eliminate manual bottlenecks.

  • Feature Development: Build and maintain custom formulas, fields, and profiles tailored to the specific needs of different business units.

Insights & Data Integrity

  • Analytics & Reporting: Design and manage sophisticated reports and dashboards that provide clear insights into team effectiveness and productivity.

  • Data Hygiene: Identify and resolve data anomalies promptly, ensuring the system remains a "single source of truth" for the entire organization.

  • Operational Consultation: Deeply understand the commercial objectives of each team to recommend and implement CRM enhancements that drive revenue.

Collaboration & Integration

  • Requirement Capture: Work as a strategic partner to internal teams to document business requirements and execute CRM-based solutions.

  • Third-Party Synchronization: Coordinate and support integrations with external tools, plugins, and platforms (e.g., Outreach, HubSpot, or NetSuite).

  • User Support: Lead daily troubleshooting, bug fixing, and user training sessions to drive high adoption rates across the company.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Experience:

    • Proven experience working directly with Sales teams to implement their requirements within a CRM environment.

    • Strong background in CRM configuration (workflows, custom objects, and permissions).

  • Technical Skills:

    • Familiarity with data analysis and modeling to create actionable business reports.

    • Experience in automating complex business processes.

    • Bonus Skills: Salesforce.com certification, proficiency in SOQL/Workbench, or experience with integrated tools like Outreach, HubSpot, or NetSuite.

  • Soft Skills:

    • Fluency in English with exceptional communication and collaboration abilities.

    • An interest in marketing strategy, SEO, and the tech landscape.
