Job Description:
We are seeking a high-velocity Credit Service Officer & Sales Agent to drive driver acquisition and fuel credit expansion across our partner transport parks. This is a field-intensive role for a "go-getter" who can navigate the park ecosystem, build trust with union leadership, and manage high-volume daily financial transactions.
You will be the primary link between drivers, filling stations, and our internal credit engine. Your goal is to simplify fuel access for drivers while ensuring the integrity of our credit and repayment cycles. Requirements:
1. High-Volume Field Activation & Onboarding
Driver Acquisition: Drive the front-line growth of the company by achieving a daily target of 30–50 driver sign-ups.
Ecosystem Expansion: Identify and onboard new parks and filling stations, ensuring they meet the company’s operational standards.
Seamless Onboarding: Manage the end-to-end documentation and verification process to ensure every driver is correctly activated in the system.
2. Credit Lifecycle & Sales Management
Financial Processing: Execute high-volume daily operations, processing a minimum of 30 fuel credit requests and 30 repayments per day.
Product Promotion: Actively sell and educate drivers on the benefits of our fuel credit products to increase adoption and transaction frequency.
Performance Tracking: Monitor daily sales and repayment trends across assigned parks to ensure targets remain on track.
3. Stakeholder Diplomacy & Operations
Relationship Management: Maintain professional and cordial ties with drivers, station managers, and park union leadership to ensure smooth field operations.
Issue Resolution: Serve as the first responder for field challenges, collaborating with Customer Support to resolve technical or operational bottlenecks.
Reporting: Maintain meticulous records of daily field activity and submit weekly reports highlighting performance, challenges, and market insights.
Qualifications and Skills:
Professional Profile
Education: Minimum of OND/HND in Marketing or a related discipline.
Experience: Proven field experience in Sales Activation, Logistics, or Transportation sectors.
Digital Literacy: Proficient in using WhatsApp, Microsoft Excel, and mobile reporting applications.
Mobility: Must be comfortable with extensive daily fieldwork and local travel.
