This role is designed for a "Visual Architect" who can blend "Creative Grit" (drone piloting and 4K mobile cinematography) with the "Analytical Agility" required to optimize Meta, TikTok, and Google Ads for investor acquisition.

Requirements:

1. Narrative Orchestration & Content Governance

• Storytelling Sovereignty: Conceptualize and produce elite real estate content, including property tours and reels, acting as the primary "Source of Buyer Aspiration."
