Job Description:

We are seeking a high-velocity and artistically elite Content Creator to anchor our digital presence in Ikota Lekki, Lagos. In the luxury beauty and wellness sector, success is defined by "Aesthetic Sovereignty", the ability to harmonize high-fidelity treatment captures with the clinical precision required for video editing, trend adaptation, and premium brand storytelling. This role is designed for a "Visual Architect" who can blend "Creative Grit" (capturing raw behind-the-scenes moments) with the "Technical Agility" required to engineer high-impact Reels and TikToks that resonate with an aspirational audience.

Requirements:

1. Visual Orchestration & Experience Governance

• Content Sovereignty: Create high-fidelity photo and video content (Reels, TikTok, IG posts) that acts as the "Source of Aspiration" for our clients and followers.

• Moment Stewardship: Capture clinical treatment sessions, luxury client experiences, and authentic "Behind-the-Scenes" moments with millimetric attention to lighting and composition.

• Aesthetic Logic: Edit all visual assets to maintain a consistent, "Premium Source" aesthetic, ensuring the brand’s luxury positioning is never compromised.

2. Trend Intelligence & Narrative Logic

• Ecosystem Reconnaissance: Stay at the "Forefront of Digital Trends," identifying and applying emerging social media shifts creatively to keep the brand relevant and high-performing.

• Storytelling Architecture: Work synchronously with the team to plan and execute content ideas that turn "Services" into "Stories," enhancing the overall brand narrative.

• Platform Mastery: Navigate the nuances of Instagram and TikTok with high-speed accuracy, optimizing content for reach, engagement, and conversion.

3. Operational Grit & Industry Synergy

• Project Governance: Manage the "Content Lifecycle" independently—from initial ideation to final delivery—ensuring all deadlines are met with high-fidelity output.

• Sector Diplomacy: Utilize your knowledge of the Beauty, Skincare, or Spa industry to create content that is technically accurate and emotionally resonant.

• Quality Stewardship: Ensure every piece of content serves as a "Source of Quality," reflecting the luxury and detail-oriented nature of the Ikota Lekki facility.

Qualifications and Skills:

Professional Profile

• Skills: Strong Content Creation and Editing skills (Proficiency in CapCut, InShot, or Adobe Suite is preferred).

• Aesthetic Eye: An elite eye for detail, luxury aesthetics, and high-end visual compositions.

• Experience: Previous experience in Beauty, Skincare, or the Spa industry is a significant strategic advantage.
