Job Description:
We are seeking a high-velocity and strategically minded Communications Manager to anchor the global narrative of our multi-sector Group. In a complex, diversified business environment, success is defined by "Narrative Sovereignty", the ability to harmonize high-level corporate storytelling with the clinical precision required to manage a multi-subsidiary brand identity. This role is designed for a "Communication Architect" with 5–8 years of experience who can blend "Media Diplomacy" with the "Digital Agility" required to translate complex work in Energy, Capital, and Agro into impactful, influence-driven messages.
Requirements:
1. Narrative Governance & Media Diplomacy
Integrated Strategy: Develop and execute high-fidelity communication strategies that align with the Group’s multi-sector mission and long-term business objectives.
Media Stewardship: Manage end-to-end media relations, acting as the primary bridge to journalists, influencers, and press houses to ensure favorable and accurate brand coverage.
Crisis Orchestration: Lead reputation management and crisis communication efforts, providing clinical guidance to leadership during organizational changes or external challenges.
2. Multi-Subsidiary Brand Architecture
Identity Synchronization: Strengthen and maintain a consistent, high-fidelity brand identity across all business units (Agro, Energy, Advisory, Capital), ensuring zero-variance in brand standards.
Branded Content Mastery: Oversee the production of corporate documents, branded materials, and marketing assets that reflect the Group's credibility and market influence.
Event Visibility: Ensure elite representation of the Group at global conferences and stakeholder engagements, positioning executives as thought leaders in their respective fields.
3. Digital Ecosystem & Internal Alignment
Content Engineering: Lead the content strategy across social platforms, newsletters, and websites, overseeing the creation of high-impact videos, reports, and human-interest stories.
Performance Analytics: Track and analyze digital performance metrics with clinical precision to improve reach, engagement, and ROI on communication campaigns.
Internal Synergy: Develop and manage communication channels that support collaboration across diverse teams, ensuring every employee is aligned with the Group’s overarching narrative.
Qualifications and Skills:
Professional Profile
Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Communications, PR, Mass Communication, or Marketing. A Master’s Degree is an added advantage.
Experience: 5–8 years of robust experience in corporate communications or PR, preferably within a high-impact, multi-sector organization.
Technical Savvy: Familiarity with digital design tools (Adobe Suite, Canva) and modern content management systems.

Strategic Prowess: Proven track record in executing digital content strategies and managing complex media relations.
