Job Description:

We are seeking a high-velocity and intellectually elite Communications & Digital Strategy Analyst to anchor the global reputation engine of RISE. In the hyper-competitive landscape of global thought leadership, success is defined by "Narrative Sovereignty", the ability to harmonize high-impact communications with the clinical precision required for crisis management, audience growth, and leadership positioning. This role is designed for a "Reputation Architect" with a Master’s or Bachelor’s degree and 4–6 years of experience who can blend "Strategic Grit" (speeches, op-eds, and crisis response) with the "Digital Agility" required to drive audience growth using SEO/SEM, CRM tools, and data analytics.

Requirements:

1. Narrative Orchestration & Reputation Governance (50%)

• Reputation Sovereignty: Develop and lead a pan-African and global communications strategy, ensuring the organization acts as a "Source of Global Thought Leadership."

• Crisis Architecture: Lead reputation management and crisis communications with clinical precision, acting as the primary "Source of Rapid, Values-Driven Response."

• Leadership Stewardship: Oversee executive positioning, including speeches and keynote coordination, to ensure RISE leadership remains a "Source of Influence" in global policy ecosystems.

• Media Diplomacy: Build high-fidelity relationships with global editors and cultural critics, maintaining the brand’s "Source of Institutional Authority."

2. Digital Resilience & Audience Growth Architecture (50%)

• Growth Sovereignty: Design and implement a digital-first growth strategy, using data analytics and social listening to act as the "Source of Audience Insight."

• Campaign Architecture: Lead integrated digital campaigns spanning AI, film, and policy, translating complex technical work into "Human-Centered Narratives" with high-velocity focus.

• Digital Stewardship: Oversee the organization’s digital presence, ensuring content is culturally relevant and acts as the "Source of Competitive Brand Identity."

• Creator Diplomacy: Build relationships with digital influencers and media platforms to expand reach, maintaining the "Source of Narrative Impact."

3. Collaborative Influence & Strategic Power

• Alignment Sovereignty: Work synchronously with Programme and Policy teams to ensure communications act as a "Source of Impact Delivery."

• Advisory Architecture: Serve as a key advisor to senior leadership on narrative strategy, providing the "Analytical Foundation" for high-level convenings and films.

• Cultural Logic: Champion a digital-first culture across the organization, mentoring teams on "Best Practices" in storytelling and innovation.

Qualifications and Skills:

Professional Profile

• Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Communications, Media, Marketing, or Public Affairs.

• Experience: 4–6 years of robust experience in strategic communications or digital marketing.

• Industry Context: Experience in Philanthropy, Tech, Media, or Creative Industries is highly desirable.

Core Competencies

• Strategic Grit: Exceptional storytelling and writing skills with a focus on global dynamics.

• Technical Sovereignty: Deep expertise in Digital Analytics, SEO/SEM, CRM tools, and Paid Media.

• Operational Power: Ability to manage multiple high-level projects simultaneously in an Onsite environment.
