Job Description:

We are seeking a high-energy, commercially astute Client Success Officer to be the engine of our recruitment revenue. You will act as the primary bridge between our clients and top-tier talent, managing the entire lifecycle of the recruitment process. This is a role for a closer someone who combines a consultative approach with the persistence required to manage complex negotiations, influence hiring decisions, and consistently secure successful placements.

Requirements:

• Consultative Recruitment: Lead client briefing sessions to deeply understand hiring mandates and architect effective, data-backed recruitment strategies.

• Strategic Advisory: Act as a subject matter expert, advising clients on current labor market trends, salary benchmarking, and realistic hiring timelines.

• Pipeline Management: Oversee the candidate journey, from reviewing shortlists and coordinating seamless interviews to managing stakeholder feedback loops.

• Deal Closing: Drive offer negotiations, proactively manage and resolve objections, and push candidates and clients toward a successful signed placement.

• Relationship Growth: Cultivate long-term client trust through diligent post-hire follow-ups, ensuring high client satisfaction and unlocking repeat business opportunities.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.

• Experience: 2–5 years of experience in recruitment, HR consulting, or account management. Prior agency recruitment experience is a significant advantage.

• Technical Proficiency:

  • Strong command of recruitment workflows and client relationship management (CRM) tools.
