Job Description:

We are seeking a high-velocity and structurally elite Civil Engineer to anchor the design and calculation engine of our piling and foundation operations. In a specialized construction landscapenwhere institutional momentum is dictated by the safety of the substructure and the precision of the design-filter success is defined by "Engineering Sovereignty" the ability to harmonize complex design specifications with the clinical precision required for Technical Calculation, Load-Bearing Optimization, and Site-Execution Synchronization. This role is designed for a "Structural Architect" specifically a professional with 3 to 5 years of experience who can blend "Engineering Grit" (mastering AutoCAD and complex analysis) with the "Technical Agility" required to execute Project-Critical Planning.

Requirements:

1. Orchestration & Structural Governance

• Sovereignty of the Design: Interpret and review complex engineering designs, acting as the primary "Source of Structural Authority."

• Computational Architecture: Perform rigorous technical calculations and analysis, providing the "Structural Foundation" for project safety and cost-optimization.

• Integrity Stewardship: Ensure design specifications are compliant with safety codes, ensuring the "Source of Foundational Truth" is elite and uncompromised.

2. Tactical Resilience & Operational Logic

• Execution Sovereignty: Support project planning and execution from the office, acting as the primary "Source of Workflow Continuity."

• Synchronization Architecture: Collaborate with site teams to ensure the design-to-site relay is seamless, providing the "Functional Foundation" for piling operational throughput.

• Problem Stewardship: Resolve design deviations or technical conflicts with clinical precision, maintaining the "Source of Project Momentum."

3. Operational Integrity & Performance Power

• Technical Sovereignty: Utilize AutoCAD and Excel to model foundation constraints, acting as the primary "Source of Design Fidelity."

• Process Architecture: Standardize calculation documentation, providing the "Relational Foundation" for auditing and project reporting.

• Velocity Logic: Utilize Engineering expertise to accelerate the "Calculation-to-Execution" cycle, maximizing the "Source of Foundational Throughput."

Qualifications and Skills:

Professional Profile

• Education: B.Sc. or HND in Civil Engineering.

• Experience: 3 – 5 years of proven experience in piling or foundation works.

• Technical Power: Strong knowledge of piling operations, geotechnical design interpretation, and structural load analysis.

• Tool Proficiency: Advanced skills in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office (especially Excel) for modeling/data manipulation.

• Aptitude: Exceptional analytical skills with an elite focus on "process-first" engineering and cross-functional site coordination.
