Job Description:
We are seeking a high-velocity and academically elite Civil Engineer to anchor the design and execution engine of our Abuja operations. In the specialized landscape of premium infrastructure, where academic excellence meets physical execution, success is defined by "Structural Sovereignty", the ability to harmonize complex structural designs with the clinical precision required for AutoCAD Documentation, Site Monitoring, and Multi-Stakeholder Coordination. This role is reserved for a First Class Graduate who can blend "Theoretical Grit" (advanced engineering analysis) with the "Technical Agility" required to navigate modern civil engineering software.
Requirements:
1. Design Orchestration & Drawing Governance
Drafting Sovereignty: Prepare civil engineering and detailed construction drawings with millimetric focus, acting as the primary "Source of Visual Accuracy."
Software Architecture: Utilize AutoCAD and other relevant design tools to develop elite-tier documentation, providing the "Structural Foundation" for project clarity.
Coordination Stewardship: Assist with design coordination for structural and civil works, ensuring the "Source of Engineering Intent" is elite and uncompromised.
2. Tactical Resilience & Field Logic
Supervision Sovereignty: Monitor construction activities on-site to ensure strict compliance with approved drawings, acting as the primary "Source of Physical Fidelity."
Stakeholder Architecture: Coordinate with architects, consultants, and contractors, providing the "Functional Foundation" for smooth project execution.
Standards Stewardship: Enforce rigorous engineering standards during the construction phase, maintaining the "Source of Structural Safety."
3. Operational Integrity & Problem-Solving Power
Analytical Sovereignty: Utilize First Class academic training to solve complex technical hurdles, acting as the primary "Source of Engineering Logic."
Communication Architecture: Translate complex technical drawings into actionable instructions for site teams, providing the "Relational Foundation" for productivity.
