Job Description:
- As we continue to scale, we are looking for a Chief of Staff to the CEO - a high-impact, strategic operator who will work side-by-side with the CEO on the company’s most critical priorities.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as a trusted partner to the CEO, driving strategic priorities and ensuring effective execution across the business
- Lead high-impact, cross-functional projects end-to-end — from problem structuring to implementation
- Operate as an internal engagement manager, bringing structure, clarity, and momentum to complex initiatives
- Prepare and deliver executive-level materials, including board presentations, strategy papers, and decision memos
- Represent the CEO in internal and external forums when needed, ensuring alignment and clear communication
- Drive follow-ups and accountability across leadership to ensure decisions are translated into action
- Identify and solve ambiguous problems across product, operations, and growth
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in a top-tier consulting or related firms (e.g. McKinsey & Company, Boston Consulting Group, or equivalent)
- Strong track record of leading workstreams or acting as an Engagement Manager / Project Leader
- Exceptional problem-solving and structured thinking skills
- Ability to operate in high-ambiguity, fast-paced environments
- Strong communication skills, with experience presenting to senior stakeholders
- High level of ownership, discretion, and judgment
- Genuine interest in fintech and emerging markets
