Platform Finance is a newly established CBN approved financial company, which provides loans, investment, and assets management services. Our office is located in Victoria Island, Lagos state.

Job Description:

• Platform Finance Company Limited is seeking an experienced and highly ethical Chief Compliance Officer to lead the Company's compliance function and ensure adherence to all regulatory requirements, corporate governance standards, and internal policies.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and oversee the Company's compliance framework.
• Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards.
• Monitor regulatory developments and advise management on compliance obligations.
• Conduct compliance risk assessments and recommend mitigation strategies.
• Lead compliance audits, investigations, and monitoring activities.
• Review and update company policies and procedures.
• Provide compliance training and awareness programs for employees.
• Prepare compliance reports for Executive Management and the Board.
• Liaise with regulators, auditors, and other relevant stakeholders.
• Foster a culture of integrity, ethics, and regulatory compliance across the organization.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Law, Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Professional certifications in Compliance, Risk Management, Corporate Governance, or related disciplines will be an added advantage.
• Minimum of 8 years' relevant experience, with at least 3 years in a senior compliance leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of regulatory compliance, risk management, and corporate governance.
• Excellent leadership, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
