Job Description:

• Oversee daily accounting operations, including accounts payable, receivable, payroll, and general ledger.
• Prepare and present accurate financial statements, management reports, and performance analyses.
• Ensure compliance with all financial regulations, tax laws, and statutory requirements.
• Develop and maintain effective internal control systems to safeguard company assets.
• Coordinate and manage budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow planning.
• Liaise with external auditors, tax consultants, and financial institutions.
• Provide financial insights and recommendations to management for strategic decision-making.
• Monitor cost control measures and ensure optimal allocation of financial resources.
• Support business expansion and investment decisions through financial modeling and analysis.
• Supervise the finance team, ensuring professional development and adherence to best accounting practices.

Requirements:

• ICAN or ACCA certification (mandatory).
• 10 years of proven experience as a Finance Manager, Chief Accountant, or CFO within the hospitality or QSR sector.
• Strong knowledge of accounting software and financial reporting standards.
• Excellent leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Integrity, accuracy, and attention to detail.
• Must possess extensive experience in financial management and reporting.
• Demonstrated leadership, communication, and project management skills.
