We are seeking a high-velocity and strategically elite Cashier to anchor the financial engine of our healthcare facility in Ilupeju. In the high-stakes environment of hospital operations, success is defined by "Fiscal Sovereignty", the ability to harmonize sensitive patient billing with the clinical precision required for Transaction Accuracy, Daily Reconciliation, and Regulatory Compliance. This role is designed for a "Financial Architect" who can blend "Numerical Grit" (handling complex payments and receipts) with the "Empathetic Agility" required to assist patients with billing inquiries.
Requirements:
1. Transaction Orchestration & Billing Governance
Billing Sovereignty: Handle patient billing and payment transactions with millimetric focus, acting as the primary "Source of Revenue Accuracy."
Receipt Architecture: Issue high-fidelity receipts and maintain rigorous records of all financial dealings, ensuring "Zero-Friction" in patient exits.
Stewardship Logic: Maintain a clean and organized workstation, providing the "Operational Foundation" for smooth financial flow.
2. Reconciliation Resilience & Compliance Logic
Reconciliation Sovereignty: Coordinate with the accounts department to reconcile daily transactions, acting as the primary "Source of Ledger Consistency."

Qualifications and Skills:
Professional Profile
Experience: Proven experience in a Cashiering or Financial Front-Desk role, preferably within a healthcare or service-oriented environment.
Technical Mastery: Strong proficiency in Point-of-Sale (POS) systems, electronic billing software, and Basic Excel.
Education: Minimum of OND/HND in Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
