Job Description:
- Monitor and record daily stock levels of lubricants in warehouse.
- Responsible for receiving and verify product deliveries against waybills, loading documents and purchase orders, ensuring quantities and quality meet specification before acceptance
- Ensure proper documentation of all stock movements including transfers, returns and adjustments.
- Responsible for collecting, counting, recording, and banking and safe keeping of all daily cash sales of the station.
- Preparation of daily/monthly POS reconciliation report to ensure accuracy of receipt of funds.
- Prepare and submit accurate daily, weekly and monthly stock reports to the finance team.
- Responsible for identifying and promptly report stock discrepancies, variances, losses or suspected theft to the Station Manager.
- Any other tasks may be assigned from time to time.
Requirements:
- B.Sc / HND Degree
- Experience in similar or related role of 2 - 3 years
- Attention to details
- Clear and accurate written and spoken communication
- Ability to work with and in teams' settings
- Self-motivated and work well with little supervision.
