Your mission is to drive new business revenue by generating high-quality qualified leads that convert into high-stakes sales calls and closed deals.
Requirements:
Lead Generation & Data Integrity
Prospecting: Research and collect comprehensive lead data, including personal/business emails, physical addresses, core service offerings, and social media profiles.
Quality Assurance: Ensure all leads meet strict client standards and internal quality benchmarks before progression.
CRM Management: Upload and manage leads within the CRM, ensuring pipelines and team tracking sheets in the ERP are updated in real-time.
Sales Support & Conversion
Proposal Development: Prepare professional quotes and detailed proposal write-ups to move prospects through the funnel.
Closing Support: Deliver leads that maintain a minimum 10% live call closing ratio (1 in 10).
Strategic Collaboration: Work closely with Sales Closers and the Sales Manager to ensure a seamless handoff and maximize client success.
Daily Operations & Accountability
Daily Huddles: Attend mandatory morning huddles via Google Meet (Mon–Fri, 8:30 am).
Performance Reporting: Submit end-of-day reports documenting your numbers, key wins, and action plans via the daily stand-up portal.
KPI Management: Monitor your own metrics proactively and adjust behavior to ensure all daily and weekly targets are hit.
Qualifications and Skills:
Experience: Proven previous sales experience with measurable success metrics.
Availability: Willingness to put in 8+ hours daily, with weekend availability required if weekly KPIs fall short of targets.
Coachability: A genuine desire to grow, receive feedback, and develop advanced sales skills.
References: High-quality professional references are a mandatory requirement.
Infrastructure: A stable internet connection and a conducive remote work environment.
Salary
