Job Description:

  • Prospect and onboard new corporate and individual clients.
  • Conduct client presentations and promote travel services and packages.
  • Support the Business Development Manager in closing deals and achieving targets.
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing clients for repeat business.
  • Track market intelligence and report customer feedback for service improvement.
  • Maintain an updated CRM and provide regular performance reports.

Requirements:

  • 2 - 4 years of experience in sales or business development, preferably in the travel industry.
  • Strong communication, persuasion, and interpersonal skills.
  • Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and adaptable.
