Job Description:
- Our Client is seeking a results-driven Business Development Executive to drive new client acquisition and build strong, lasting relationships with existing clients.
- The ideal candidate will be motivated, persuasive, and capable of delivering measurable business growth while maintaining a high level of client satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Business Development, Sales Executive, or similar role (experience in HR, outsourcing, or B2B services is a plus).
- Strong track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to manage client relationships with professionalism and tact.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to thrive in a commission-based structure.
Salary
