We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Description:
- Manage daily branch operations and staff scheduling.
- Ensure high-quality customer service and resolve complaints.
- Lead, train, and motivate branch team.
- Monitor performance metrics and meet sales/service targets.
- Ensure compliance with policies and regulations.
- Manage budgets and control expenses.
- Build relationships with clients and stakeholders.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years in a managerial role within customer service, retail, or branch operations.
- Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a team to achieve operational and service goals.
