Job Description:
We are seeking an exceptional Assistant to Chairman & Market Director to serve as the strategic right hand and representative of the executive office. This role is a sophisticated blend of Executive Support, Project Management, and Strategic Public Relations.

You will not only manage the administrative engine of the Chairman’s office but also act as a primary liaison in high-stakes business environments. Requirements:
1. Strategic Executive Support & Liaison
Executive Stewardship: Manage the Chairman’s complex schedule, prioritizing high-value business engagements and administrative operations.
PR & Liaison: Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring the Chairman’s messaging is communicated with clarity and professional etiquette.
Meeting Orchestration: Coordinate high-level business engagements, including preparing executive briefings and conducting performance analysis.
2. End-to-End Project Lifecycle Management
Project Oversight: Own the full lifecycle of assigned corporate projects: from Planning and Implementation to Monitoring and Reporting.
Cross-Functional Coordination: Act as a bridge between departments to ensure project milestones are met and conflicts are resolved swiftly.
Strategic Networking: Leverage networking capabilities to foster relationships across diverse cultural and business backgrounds.
3. Operational Excellence & Business Diplomacy
Technical Mastery: Utilize advanced MS Office and CRM tools to maintain executive data and streamline office operations.
Executive Communication: Draft high-level correspondence, speeches, and reports with a focus on advanced business English (and Chinese, where applicable).
Cultural Sensitivity: Navigate international corporate environments with an awareness of global business etiquette and a polished personal demeanor.
Qualifications and Skills:
Professional Profile
Education: Minimum Senior High School Diploma; Bachelor’s Degree from a top-tier university is strongly preferred.
Age & Stature: Candidates must be ≤26 years old with a height of ≥165cm (per business requirements for professional representation).
Experience: International corporate exposure is highly preferred.
Language: Business fluency in English is required; Chinese proficiency is a significant advantage.
