Job Description:

We are seeking a structurally elite and operationally rigorous Assistant Hotel Manager to anchor the daily operations and guest-satisfaction engine of our Ikeja property. In a high-velocity hospitality landscape where institutional momentum is dictated by the velocity of the guest-lifecycle and the precision of the service-filter success is defined by "Operational Sovereignty" the ability to harmonize multi-departmental workflows (Front Desk/F&B/Housekeeping) with the clinical precision required for Budgetary Integrity, Regulatory Compliance, and Service-Excellence Architecture. This role is designed as an "Operational Command Center" a critical mission for an expert leader who can blend "Managerial Grit" (mastering the complexities of PMS systems and staff scheduling) with the "Structural Agility" required to execute High-Fidelity Guest Experiences.

Requirements:

1. Operational Governance & Service Sovereignty

  • Sovereignty of the Floor: Oversee the integrated operations of front desk, housekeeping, and F&B, acting as the primary "Source of Operational Throughput."

  • Service Architecture: Direct the guest lifecycle—from inquiry handling to check-out resolution—providing the "Structural Foundation" for elite satisfaction ratings.

  • Integrity Stewardship: Ensure strict compliance with hotel policies, safety standards, and local regulations, ensuring the "Source of Institutional Trust" is elite and uncompromised.

2. Administrative Architecture & Fiscal Logic

  • Fiscal Sovereignty: Support budgeting, expense monitoring, and occupancy reporting, acting as the primary "Source of Financial Clarity."

  • Logistical Architecture: Manage staff scheduling, performance evaluations, and training coordination, providing the "Functional Foundation" for team readiness.

  • Relationship Stewardship: Collaborate with marketing and sales to drive guest engagement packages, maintaining the "Source of Revenue Momentum."

3. Leadership Integrity & Performance Power

  • Problem-Solving Sovereignty: Navigate complex operational issues and critical guest escalations, acting as the primary "Source of Crisis Stability."

  • Process Architecture: Utilize Hospitality-Management Toolkits (PMS) to streamline room assignments and departmental reporting, providing the "Relational Foundation" for seamless communication.

  • Velocity Logic: Utilize Leadership-Excellence expertise to accelerate the "Guest-Issue-to-Resolution" cycle, maximizing the "Source of Service Momentum."

Qualifications and Skills:

Professional Profile

  • Education: HND or Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality Management or related fields.

  • Experience: 2+ years of professional experience in hotel management or a high-impact supervisory role.

  • Technical Power: Mastery of Hotel Management Software (PMS); strong proficiency in operational reporting.

  • Aptitude: Exceptional leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities; customer-focused with a detail-oriented mindset.

  • Communication: Fluency in English (additional languages are a high-value asset).

  • Mindset: Adaptable, decisive, and capable of maintaining "Operations Sovereignty" in a fast-paced Ikeja hospitality environment.
