Job Description:

We are seeking a high-velocity and structurally elite Assistant Engineer to anchor the maintenance engine of our Osogbo operations. In a specialized industrial landscape where institutional momentum is dictated by the velocity of the system-relay and the precision of the diagnostic-filter success is defined by "Engineering Sovereignty" the ability to harmonize complex mechanical and electrical repairs with the clinical precision required for Preventive Resilience, Diagnostic Accuracy, and Asset Lifecycle Management. This role is designed for a "Maintenance Architect" specifically a professional with 3 years of cross-disciplinary experience who can blend "Diagnostic Grit" (mastering M&E troubleshooting) with the "Systemic Agility" required to execute High-Uptime Performance Benchmarks.

Requirements:

1. Orchestration & Systemic Governance

• Sovereignty of the Asset: Lead the daily M&E maintenance operations, acting as the primary "Source of Operational Uptime."

• Diagnostic Architecture: Execute rigorous troubleshooting of mechanical and electrical systems, providing the "Structural Foundation" for uninterrupted production throughput.

Qualifications and Skills:

Professional Profile

• Education: OND / HND / B.Sc Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or related field.

• Experience: 3 years of proven experience in industrial maintenance, ideally in a manufacturing or production environment.

• Technical Power: Strong competency in reading electrical/mechanical diagrams, troubleshooting motors, controls, and hydraulic/pneumatic systems.

• Maintenance IQ: Deep knowledge of Preventive Maintenance Management and safety-first engineering.
