Job Description:
We are seeking dynamic and results-driven Customer Service Engineers to bridge the gap between technical expertise and market growth. In this role, you will support our trade marketing and customer engagement initiatives by acting as a technical consultant and relationship builder within the construction industry. You will play a critical role in driving market penetration by engaging with the professionals who shape the built environment from architects to on-site contractors.
The ideal candidate is a proactive Civil Engineer who combines technical knowledge with a strategic mindset to generate high-quality leads and foster long-term stakeholder loyalty.
Requirements:
Market Penetration & Lead Generation
Field Engagement: Conduct regular visits to distributors, dealers, and end-customers to identify and capture new business opportunities.
Site Intelligence: Visit active construction sites to build and maintain a robust database of contractors, civil/structural engineers, and architects.
Database Management: Maintain an active registry of all site visits and prepare detailed Management Information System (MIS) reports to track progress.
Stakeholder & Influencer Management
Strategic Partnerships: Build and nurture relationships with key trade partners and industry stakeholders to ensure the brand remains the preferred choice.
Influencer Programs: Design and implement specialized engagement programs tailored to key influencers, including architects and consultants.
Brand Advocacy: Ensure consistent brand messaging and technical value propositions are communicated across all trade channels.
Market Research & Integrated Marketing
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with the Sales, Brand, and Product teams to execute integrated marketing initiatives that drive volume.
Competitive Intelligence: Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer behavior to provide actionable insights for growth.
Performance Tracking: Analyze the effectiveness of trade marketing initiatives and provide data-backed recommendations for continuous improvement.
Qualifications and Skills:
Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering (Graduate Engineer Trainees with relevant experience are encouraged to apply).
Background: A strong foundation or professional background in the Construction Industry is essential.
Skills:
Analytical Rigor: Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
Communication: Elite interpersonal and communication skills for engaging with both technical professionals and trade partners.
