Job Description:

Don Quester Consulting is seeking a proactive and professional Administrative & Consulting Officer to join our team in a full-time capacity. This is a unique hybrid role designed for a candidate who is as comfortable managing office operations as they are supporting high-level consulting engagements. You will serve as the engine of the firm, ensuring that our projects, workshops, and client communications are executed with precision and a "consulting mindset." The ideal candidate is a self-starter with at least 2 years of experience in professional services who can independently drive administrative functions while contributing to the delivery of HR, strategy, and performance solutions.

Requirements:

1. Consulting Delivery & Client Engagement

  • Project Orchestration: Coordinate consulting project timelines and deliverables, ensuring that documentation for HR, strategy, and training engagements is organized and on schedule.

  • Engagement Material: Prepare and review professional client proposals, detailed reports, and visually compelling presentations.

  • Client Liaison: Serve as the primary point of contact between clients and our senior consulting team, maintaining high standards of professionalism in all interactions.

2. Workshop & Event Management

  • Logistic Coordination: Organize and manage the end-to-end logistics for corporate retreats, strategy workshops, leadership assessments, and coaching sessions.

  • Output Quality: Ensure all client-facing materials and workshop toolkits are consistent with the Don Quester brand and meet professional quality standards.

3. Administrative Operations & Records

  • Daily Operations: Manage the firm’s day-to-day administrative functions, ensuring a seamless office environment.

  • Contract & Data Management: Maintain a secure and organized system for client records, contracts, engagement documentation, and invoicing.

  • Reporting & Tools: Utilize Microsoft Office and various reporting tools to generate internal performance updates and track engagement progress.

Qualifications and Skills:

Education & Experience

  • Academic Background: Bachelor’s Degree (B.Sc.) in Business Administration, Management, Human Resources, or a related discipline.

  • Professional Tenure: Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in administration, consulting, HR, or professional services.

Core Competencies

  • Consulting Mindset: Ability to understand client needs and translate them into organized project plans and reports.

  • Technical Proficiency: High mastery of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and professional reporting tools.

  • Execution Skills: Strong organizational, coordination, and execution abilities with an uncompromising attention to detail.

  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills suitable for a high-level corporate environment.

Salary

N150,000 - N180,000 monthly.
