Job Description:
We are looking for a reliable and organized Administrative Officer to oversee our daily office operations. You will be the central point of contact for office logistics, travel coordination, and record management, ensuring that our workspace runs efficiently to support our staff and business goals.
Requirements:
Office Management: Coordinate daily administrative activities, maintain supply inventories, and ensure a functional, comfortable work environment.
Travel Coordination: Handle all travel logistics, including flight bookings, hotel reservations, airport transfers, and detailed travel itineraries for staff and visitors.
Record Keeping: Maintain accurate filing systems, handle professional communication, and prepare official reports, presentations, and correspondence.
Operational Support: Assist with vendor management, monitor office expenses, and support administrative procurement processes.
Logistics & Events: Coordinate office events, assist with onboarding logistics for new hires, and ensure all administrative setups are ready for use.
Compliance: Uphold company policies and ensure all administrative procedures are followed consistently.
Qualifications and Skills:
Education: Bachelor’s Degree or HND in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
Experience: 2–3 years of proven experience in an administrative capacity.
Travel Expertise: Demonstrated experience in managing travel logistics (flights, hotels, and itineraries) is essential.
Technical Proficiency: Strong command of the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Soft Skills:
Organizational Prowess: Ability to multitask and handle multiple priorities under pressure.
Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Attention to Detail: Meticulous approach to record-keeping and problem-solving.
Interpersonal: Strong ability to manage stakeholders and work collaboratively within a team.
