Job Description:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Admin Officer to manage the core administrative functions of our office in Surulere. This role is designed for a professional who can seamlessly balance logistical coordination, financial documentation, and executive support. You will be responsible for ensuring that the office environment is productive, equipment is functional, and reporting cycles are strictly maintained.
The ideal candidate acts as the central hub of communication within the office, possessing the ability to manage multiple priorities while supporting the Managing Director and other key stakeholders.
Requirements:
Office Logistics & Coordination
Inventory Management: Order and manage office supplies, ensuring that inventory levels are consistently monitored and stocked.
Facility Oversight: Coordinate the routine maintenance and emergency repairs of all office equipment to ensure zero downtime.
Scheduling: Manage complex calendars by coordinating meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for the team.
Reporting & Project Tracking
Executive Support: Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports for the Managing Director, ensuring accuracy and professional formatting.
Data Compilation: Compile and distribute statistical, financial, and departmental reports as required by the organization.
Project Monitoring: Track the progress of ongoing projects and provide timely updates to relevant internal and external stakeholders.
Financial Administration & Communication
Fiscal Support: Assist in the processing of invoices, expense reports, and other critical financial documentation.
Reconciliation: Perform regular reconciliation of receipts and prepare formal payment requests for approval.
Information Management: Act as a primary point of contact for inquiries, providing accurate information regarding organizational services to clients and partners.
Qualifications and Skills:
Education: Minimum of an HND or Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, or a related field.
Experience:
1–3 years of proven experience in an administrative or office management role.
Demonstrable experience in report writing and basic financial processing.
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and Outlook).
Strong aptitude for data organization and statistical reporting.

Organizational Mastery: Exceptional ability to multitask and prioritize time-sensitive administrative tasks.
Attention to Detail: High accuracy in financial reconciliation and report preparation.
