Job Description:

We are seeking a high-velocity and structurally elite Admin Officer to anchor the central engine of our Lagos office. In a fast-moving corporate landscape where institutional momentum is dictated by the speed of the workflow and the precision of the environment success is defined by "Operational Sovereignty", the ability to harmonize daily administrative activities with the clinical precision required for Meeting Coordination, Vendor Management, and Workplace Onboarding. This role is designed for an "Administrative Architect", specifically a professional with 1 to 3 years of experience who can blend "Organizational Grit" (managing equipment repairs and office cleanliness) with the "Technical Agility" required to master Electronic and Paper Filing Systems.

Requirements:

1. Orchestration & Workplace Governance

  • Sovereignty of Environment: Oversee daily administrative activities and office cleanliness with millimetric focus, acting as the primary "Source of Workplace Standards."

  • Infrastructure Architecture: Manage equipment repairs and facility maintenance, providing the "Structural Foundation" for a friction-free professional environment.

  • Integrity Stewardship: Ensure 100% compliance in record-keeping through rigid filing protocols, ensuring the "Source of Institutional Memory" is elite and uncompromised.

2. Tactical Resilience & Coordination Logic

  • Calendar Sovereignty: Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and manage staff calendars, acting as the primary "Source of Executive Time Optimization."

  • Logistics Architecture: Maintain office supplies inventory and manage vendor relationships, providing the "Functional Foundation" for uninterrupted business operations.

  • Documentation Stewardship: Take accurate minutes and manage the retrieval of critical records, maintaining the "Source of Decision Accountability."

3. Operational Integrity & Talent Support

  • Onboarding Sovereignty: Assist in setting up workstations and documents for new staff, acting as the primary "Source of Cultural Integration."

Qualifications and Skills:

Professional Profile

  • Education: BA/BSc/HND in any discipline.

  • Experience: 1 – 3 years of proven experience in administration or secretarial roles.

  • Location: Must be based in Lagos for onsite operational support.
