Job Description:

FoLiXx Bukka is hiring an Operations Manager to act as the central control officer for the business, the person who keeps Procurement, Receiving, Stores, Batching, Kitchen, QC, FOH, Customer Service, Dispatch, Cashier, and Audit working as one synchronised engine. This is not a manager-of-activities role. It is a senior operational control seat.

Requirements:

• End-to-end oversight of 18 operational units ,  from Procurement, Receiving, Stores, Batching and Kitchen through QC, FOH, Customer Service, Dispatch, Cashier, Audit, Hygiene, Maintenance, Security, HR rostering, and Sales interface.
• Daily production readiness , high-moving items ready before peak, refill discipline, stock-out prevention.
• Buyback execution, vendor performance, yield, portioning, waste, and recipe discipline across Batching and Kitchen.
• ]Customer experience across FOH, online orders, and last-mile dispatch — no complaint escapes your awareness.
• Cashier accuracy, POS control, third-party reconciliation, and audit findings closure.

Qualifications and Skills:

Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor`s Degree with 4 years of experience.
