Job Description:

We are seeking a high-velocity and detail-oriented Mid-Level Accountant to anchor the economic engine of our Lekki-based operations. In the specialized landscape of Lagos-based corporate finance, success is defined by "Fiscal Sovereignty", the ability to harmonize daily financial flows with the clinical precision required for Accounts Payable/Receivable, Invoice Management, and Monthly Reporting. This role is designed for a "Financial Architect" with 2–4 years of experience who can blend "Quantitative Grit" (performing bank reconciliations and maintaining accurate records) with the "Agility" required to work independently with minimal supervision.

Requirements:

1. Transaction Orchestration & Governance

• Record Sovereignty: Maintain and record daily financial transactions with millimetric focus, acting as the primary "Source of Financial Accuracy."

• Documentation Architecture: Prepare invoices, receipts, and other critical financial documents, providing the "Structural Foundation" for all business dealings.

• Ledger Stewardship: Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, ensuring the "Source of Institutional History" is elite and uncompromised.

2. Tactical Resilience & Liquidity Logic

• Flow Sovereignty: Manage accounts payable and receivable cycles, acting as the primary "Source of Cash Flow Momentum."

• Reconciliation Architecture: Perform rigorous bank reconciliations, providing the "Analytical Foundation" for identifying and resolving financial variances.

• Reporting Stewardship: Assist in the preparation of high-fidelity monthly financial reports, maintaining the "Source of Management Visibility."

3. Operational Integrity & Professional Power

• Regulatory Sovereignty: Apply ICAN (ACA) principles to all accounting functions, acting as the primary "Source of Technical Integrity."

• Software Architecture: Utilize Excel, QuickBooks, or Sage to optimize financial workflows, providing the "Digital Foundation" for modern accounting efficiency.

• Velocity Logic: Utilize 2–4 years of relevant experience to execute accounting tasks with minimal supervision, maximizing the "Source of Administrative Throughput."

Qualifications and Skills:

Professional Profile

• Experience: 2 – 4 years of relevant accounting experience.

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or a related field.

• Certification: ICAN (ACA) certification (Full or In-Progress) is required.

• Tech Mastery: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (QuickBooks, Sage, or similar).
