This role is designed for a "Financial Architect" specifically a detail-oriented professional who can blend "Technical Grit" (managing accounts payable/receivable and reconciliations) with the "Strategic Agility" required to execute Budget Performance Tracking and Financial Insight Generation.

Requirements:

1. Orchestration & Financial Governance

• Sovereignty of the Ledger: Maintain accurate, up-to-date financial records in line with company policies, acting as the primary "Source of Financial Truth."

• Compliance Architecture: Ensure full adherence to statutory obligations (PAYE, VAT, etc.) and regulatory requirements, providing the "Structural Foundation" for legal and operational security.

• Payroll Sovereignty: Process and manage staff payroll and deductions, acting as the primary "Source of Human Capital Equity."
