Job Description:

We are seeking a high-velocity and strategically elite Senior Accountant to anchor our financial engine at J.A.K. Energy Group. In the capital-intensive energy sector, success is defined by "Fiscal Sovereignty", the ability to harmonize complex multi-currency transactions with the clinical precision required for Trade Finance (LCs, Bank Guarantees), regulatory compliance, and high-fidelity financial reporting. This role is designed for a "Financial Architect" with 5+ years of experience and a mandatory ICAN certification who can blend "Accounting Grit" (reconciliations and statutory audits) with the "Strategic Agility" required to manage foreign exchange monitoring and trade documentation.

Requirements:

1. Trade Finance Orchestration & Jurisdictional Governance

• Instrument Sovereignty: Handle high-stakes trade finance instruments including Letters of Credit (LCs), bank guarantees, and bills for collection, ensuring every document acts as a "Source of Security."

• Documentation Architecture: Review and verify trade documents (Bill of Lading, Packing Lists, Invoices) with clinical precision, maintaining the "Source of Compliance" for international trade regulations.

• Banking Diplomacy: Liaise synchronously with financial institutions on trade facilities, acting as the primary "Source of Resolution" for approvals, payments, and facility monitoring.

2. Financial Resilience & Liquidity Logic

• Reporting Sovereignty: Maintain accurate records and prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, providing the "Analytical Foundation" for executive decision-making.

• Cash Flow Architecture: Reconcile bank statements and monitor liquidity with high-velocity focus, ensuring the "Economic Velocity" of J.A.K. Energy is never compromised.

• Forex Stewardship: Manage foreign currency transactions and monitor exchange rate impacts with professional poise, acting as the "Source of Risk Mitigation" against currency volatility.

3. Risk Governance & Operational Synergy

• Control Sovereignty: Identify financial and trade-related risks, implementing internal controls that serve as the "Source of Protection" for company assets.

• Supply Chain Logic: Work cross-functionally with procurement and logistics to align financial records with physical trade activities, ensuring "Zero-Friction" in the end-to-end supply chain.

• Audit Architecture: Prepare high-fidelity documentation for audits and ensure millimetric adherence to ICAN standards and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications and Skills:

Professional Profile

• Certification: ICAN Professional Certification is mandatory.

• Experience: Minimum of 5 years of robust accounting experience, with a strong background in Trade Finance operations.

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
