This role is designed as a "Fiscal Launchpad" a critical residency for an ambitious professional who can blend "Accounting Grit" (mastering QuickBooks/Xero and compliance) with the "Strategic Agility" required to execute High-Fidelity Financial Stewardship.

Requirements:

1. Orchestration & Financial Governance

• Sovereignty of the Ledger: Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, acting as the primary "Source of Fiscal Clarity."

• Reporting Architecture: Ensure meticulous bookkeeping (AP/AR/Reconciliations) and audit-ready documentation, providing the "Structural Foundation" for regulatory and tax compliance.

• Integrity Stewardship: Liaise with external auditors and regulatory bodies, ensuring the "Source of Institutional Trust" is elite and uncompromised.

2. Tactical Resilience & Transactional Logic

• Billing Sovereignty: Oversee billing cycles and coordinate complex insurance claims and reimbursements, acting as the primary "Source of Revenue Throughput."

• Operational Architecture: Administer payroll for clinical/admin staff, ensuring precision in compliance and execution, providing the "Functional Foundation" for team retention.

• Stewardship Stewardship: Monitor cash flow and flag financial risks, maintaining the "Source of Liquidity Control."

3. Strategic Integrity & Performance Power

Qualifications and Skills:

Professional Profile

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

• Professional Sovereignty: ACA, ACCA, or equivalent certification (completed or in progress).

• Experience: Minimum of 2 years of accounting experience, preferably in a healthcare, clinic, or service-based environment.

• Technical Power: Proficiency in QuickBooks, Xero, or Sage; advanced Excel/Google Sheets for financial analysis.
