Job Description:
We are seeking a commercially elite and strategically agile Account Opening Officer to anchor the customer-acquisition engine of our banking operations. In a high-velocity financial landscape where institutional momentum is dictated by the velocity of new-account volume and the precision of the client-onboarding filter success is defined by "Acquisition Sovereignty" the ability to harmonize high-volume account origination with the clinical precision required for Product-Education Architecture, Portfolio-Growth Stewardship, and Target-Achievement Governance. This role is designed as a "Customer-Frontier Command Center" a critical mission for an ambitious financial-service professional who can blend "Sales Grit" (mastering the complexities of banking product positioning) with the "Structural Agility" required to execute High-Fidelity Onboarding Workflows.
Requirements:
1. Acquisition Sovereignty & Portfolio Architecture
Sovereignty of the Pipeline: Open and maintain new customer accounts, acting as the primary "Source of Institutional-Growth Throughput."
Education Architecture: Educate prospective customers on the full suite of banking products, providing the "Structural Foundation" for client-portfolio expansion.
Integrity Stewardship: Ensure 100% compliance with KYC (Know Your Customer) and regulatory onboarding protocols, ensuring the "Source of Institutional-Compliance" is elite and uncompromised.
2. Performance Governance & Sales Logic
Target Sovereignty: Drive daily and weekly account acquisition targets, acting as the primary "Source of Revenue-Velocity."
Conversion Architecture: Implement aggressive yet professional customer-acquisition strategies, providing the "Functional Foundation" for market-share expansion.
Relationship Stewardship: Foster initial trust during the onboarding process, maintaining the "Source of Long-Term Client-Loyalty."
3. Operational Integrity & Intelligence Power
Data Sovereignty: Monitor and analyze acquisition performance, acting as the primary "Source of Insight-Driven Strategy."
Process Architecture: Utilize Banking Onboarding Toolkits to streamline data entry and document verification, providing the "Relational Foundation" for error-free account activation.

Qualifications and Skills:
Professional Profile
Education: BSc or HND qualification (Required).
Experience: Proven sales, banking, or customer-facing experience is a strong competitive advantage.
Technical Power: High-level proficiency in banking software; deep understanding of customer onboarding procedures.
