Job Description:

We are seeking high-velocity and analytically elite Graduate Trainees to anchor the developmental engine of the 2026 CFAO program. In the specialized landscape of the global automotive industry, success is defined by "Systemic Sovereignty", the ability to harmonize technical precision with the clinical agility required for Sales Operations, Technical Workshop Management, and Business Development. This role is designed for an "Automotive Architect" with 0–2 years of experience who can blend "Technical Grit" (hands-on workshop operations) with the "Strategic Agility" required to navigate high-stakes sales and marketing environments.

Requirements:

1. Operational Orchestration & Technical Governance

• Workshop Sovereignty: Support technical workshop operations with millimetric focus, acting as the primary "Source of Service Integrity."

• Process Architecture: Participate in structured learning modules to master automotive systems, providing the "Structural Foundation" for technical excellence.

Qualifications and Skills:

Professional Profile

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree or HND in Engineering, Technical, Sales, or Business disciplines.

• Experience: 0–2 years of post-graduate experience (Fresh graduates are highly encouraged).

• Location Scope: Must be available to work in Lagos or Port Harcourt.

• Interests: Strong passion for Sales/Marketing or Technical Workshop Operations.
