Trainee Accountant
Requirements:
- Record financial transactions
- Assist with tax filings
- Assist with financial operations
- Financial reporting, and reconciliations.
- Daily duties include making income or expense entries into the accounting system.
- Entering vendor invoices, paying bills and creating invoices for clients.
- Checking entries for accuracy; making necessary corrections and filing documents as needed.
- Working on payroll, quarterly taxes, asset inventory, cost accounting or other disciplines within the accounting department.
- The trainee accountant will work with qualified and experienced accountants and begin to appreciate how different core functions operate within the organization.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree in relevant fields with 2 - 4 years work experience.
