Job Description:

• We are seeking a skilled and experienced Hospital Accountant to join our dynamic team. 
• The Hospital Accountant will be responsible for managing financial transactions, preparing financial reports, analyzing budgets, and ensuring compliance with accounting principles and regulations.

Requirements:

• Manage accounts payable and receivable processes.
• Prepare financial statements and reports for internal and external stakeholders.
• Analyze financial data and provide insights to support strategic decision-making.
• Monitor budgetary performance and identify areas for improvement.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
• Collaborate with other departments to streamline financial processes and improve efficiency.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Proven experience as a Hospital Accountant or similar role in the healthcare industry.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, regulations, and best practices.
• Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office suite.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
