Job Description:
- Meet sales and profitability targets.
- Support the sales team in pre-sales and sales activities, including product training.
- Organize and deliver seminars/webinars to promote TechnoGym’s digital portfolio.
- Train and guide customers to ensure successful product implementation.
- Create case studies and best practices that showcase product value and customer benefits.
- Provide structured pipeline management and reliable forecasts.
- Monitor competitor pricing, features, and trends, sharing feedback with HQ.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales managers to design tailored market solutions.
- Drive initiatives to maximize customer satisfaction and retention.
- Ensure discounts are managed to sustain profitability.
- Support product launches, promotions, and commercial activities.
- Promote Technogym’s cultural model in line with company policies and governance.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in digital sales, customer success, or account management.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Proven track record in meeting sales targets.
- Experience with CRM tools and pipeline management.
- Interest in wellness, fitness, and digital innovation is a plus.
