Eko Maintenance Limited is a rapidly growing Facility Management Company that specializes in the maintenance of high-rise building facilities with an office located in Victoria Island, Lagos.
Job Description:
- Manage, supervise, and co-ordinate a 10-man team that specializes in construction and finishing.
- Maintenance of high-rise buildings.
- Ensure that the structure is safe, stable and meet engineering standards
- Knowledgeable and experienced in various fields including aluco board, and façade.
- Installation of aluminum/glass, finishing of doors and windows partition.
- Monitor maintenance work and distribute tasks to subordinates accordingly.
- Contractor management such as contractor sourcing, pricing and tendering to completion.
Requirements:
- Candidates should possess HND/B.Sc Degree in Civil Engineer with 5 – 6 years relevant work experience.
- A Master’s Degree in Civil Engineering or an associated field is an additional advantage
- License as a Professional Engineer (PE) is often required.
- Must have hands on experience in finishing buildings and construction
- Knowledge and proficiency in industry-specific software, like AutoCAD Civil 3D, and other computer-aided design software.
- Strong skills in math, science, and engineering principles.
- Good communication and team collaboration skills are essential for effectively managing diverse teams and working with clients and other professionals.
