Job Description:

We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Zonal Manager (ZM) to lead and oversee our business operations across a designated region. In this role, you will be the primary custodian of our business standards, ensuring that all operations from field team management to warehouse compliance align with our core work ethics and corporate policies. You will serve as a bridge between high-level project objectives and daily field execution, managing Regional Managers (RMs) and cross-departmental collaborations to drive service excellence.

The ideal candidate is a Fintech veteran with a deep understanding of POS support and the leadership maturity to coach teams toward peak performance.

Requirements:

Operational Leadership & Compliance

  • Policy Governance: Make critical operational decisions guided by company policies to maintain and promote business standards and work ethics.

  • Direct Supervision: Oversee Regional Managers (RMs) and overall business operations within assigned cities, ensuring that all "walk-in" agents receive high-quality, efficient service.

  • Task Delegation: Assign daily tasks to RMs and conduct rigorous follow-ups to ensure all deliverables meet internal business rules.

Cross-Functional Coordination & Warehouse Management

  • After-Sales Logistics: Collaborate closely with the IV (Inventory/Verification) and Warehouse teams to ensure all POS terminals under after-sales service are accounted for and securely returned to the warehouse.

  • Process Integrity: Maintain strict compliance with business rules regarding equipment handling and storage.

  • Sales Alignment: Work with sales teams to synchronize field requirements with stock availability and support services.

Project & Talent Development

  • Project Management: Manage assigned projects and specific program components to ensure services are delivered according to established objectives.

  • Team Coaching: Assess the training needs of RMs and field staff, translating those needs into impactful learning programs and coaching sessions.

  • Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary point of contact for zonal stakeholders, facilitating meetings and presentations to drive regional growth.

Qualifications and Skills:

Education & Experience

  • Degree: Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or a related discipline.

  • Sector Experience: A minimum of 6 years of experience within the Fintech Industry.

  • Technical Background: Previous experience as a POS Support specialist is considered a significant advantage.

Skills & Competencies

  • Leadership: Strong facilitation, coaching, and mentorship abilities.

  • Communication: Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to manage complex stakeholder relationships.

  • Organizational Ability: Robust project management skills with a focus on delivering objectives within defined timelines.

  • Analytical Mindset: Ability to identify operational gaps and implement corrective training or process improvements.
