Job Description:
We are seeking a high-potential Growth & Partnerships Intern for a structured, six-month, hands-on program within the Zino Group. This is not a "sit and watch" internship; you will be embedded directly into our business development and commercial strategy teams. You will gain practical experience in lead generation, stakeholder engagement, and commercial operations across multiple industries. For those who demonstrate excellence, dedication, and a "growth-first" mindset, this program serves as a direct pathway to a full-time Growth Executive role.
Requirements:
Commercial Research: Identify and research prospective clients, strategic partners, and organizations to fuel our pipeline.
Outreach & Networking: Support lead generation efforts via email, phone, LinkedIn, and WhatsApp; assist in scheduling high-value meetings for senior leadership.
Stakeholder Engagement: Assist in the preparation of professional proposals and manage ongoing communication with key stakeholders.
AI Integration: Leverage cutting-edge AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Perplexity) to streamline research, enhance productivity, and improve outreach quality.
CRM Management: Maintain accurate prospect databases and ensure our CRM records are up-to-date.
Campaign Support: Contribute to growth campaigns, industry events, and commercial initiatives across the Group’s diverse portfolio.
Qualifications and Skills:
Background: Recent graduates and early-career professionals are strongly encouraged to apply. While a degree is preferred, it is not mandatory for the right candidate.
Experience: Previous experience in sales, customer service, or customer-facing roles is an advantage, but your attitude and aptitude are what matter most.
