Job Description:

We are seeking a high-velocity and structurally elite Serving NYSC Corps Member to anchor the internal control engine of Platform Finance. In a specialized financial landscape where institutional momentum is dictated by the speed of the audit-relay and the precision of the compliance-filter success is defined by "Governance Sovereignty" the ability to harmonize financial data with the clinical precision required for Internal Audit, Process Verification, and Reporting. This role is designed for a "Compliance Architect" specifically an early-career professional with a background in Accounting who can blend "Analytical Grit" (identifying discrepancies) with the "Technical Agility" required to execute High-Fidelity Financial Reporting.

Requirements:

1. Orchestration & Control Governance

• Sovereignty of the Audit: Support the internal control department in verifying financial records, acting as the primary "Source of Transactional Truth."

• Verification Architecture: Implement rigorous checks on accounting entries and supporting documents, providing the "Structural Foundation" for fiscal accountability.

• Integrity Stewardship: Maintain a high level of ethics in monitoring compliance with organizational policies, ensuring the "Source of Institutional Conduct" is elite and uncompromised.

2. Tactical Resilience & Analytical Logic

• Reporting Sovereignty: Prepare and assist in the delivery of periodic internal control reports, acting as the primary "Source of Performance Insight."

• Data Architecture: Utilize analytical skills to identify trends or inefficiencies within financial workflows, providing the "Functional Foundation" for risk mitigation.

• Accuracy Stewardship: Maintain an obsession with detail during bank reconciliations and expense verifications, maintaining the "Source of Financial Accuracy."

3. Operational Integrity & Professional Power

• Professional Sovereignty: Utilize a formal background in Accounting to support complex financial audits, acting as the primary "Source of Technical Competence."

• Execution Architecture: Collaborate with the Finance team to ensure timely inputs for monthly reporting, providing the "Relational Foundation" for departmental synergy.

• Velocity Logic: Utilize Analytical and Reporting expertise to accelerate the "Verification-to-Resolution" cycle, maximizing the "Source of Internal Control Throughput."

Qualifications and Skills:

Professional Profile

• Status: Must be a currently serving NYSC Corps Member (Batch A, B, or C).

• Education: BA/BSc/HND in Accounting or a closely related discipline.

• Technical Power: Good analytical and reporting skills with a solid grasp of basic accounting software.

• Soft Skills: High attention to detail, strong integrity, and the ability to communicate findings clearly.

• Location: Must be able to work onsite in Lekki, Lagos.
