Job Description:

• Build and customize advanced WordPress websites, including bespoke themes, plugins, and functionalities tailored to client needs.

• Optimize websites for SEO, performance, and responsiveness across all devices and platforms.

• Integrate third-party tools and APIs (CRM, analytics, marketing automation, etc.).

• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues such as performance bottlenecks, security vulnerabilities, and compatibility challenges.

• Collaborate with designers to implement pixel-perfect designs while ensuring brand consistency.

• Maintain and update websites to comply with the latest WordPress standards and security best practices.

• Provide technical guidance and recommendations to improve website functionality and user experience.

Requirements:

• Expert-level proficiency in PHP, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and MySQL

• Extensive experience in custom theme and plugin development, including REST API integrations

• Strong knowledge of SEO best practices, web accessibility (WCAG), and performance optimization techniques

• Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex WordPress issues

• Expertise with Gutenberg and other popular page builders/frameworks

• Familiarity with hosting environments, server-side management, and deployment workflows

• Experience collaborating with creative teams using design tools (e.g., Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch)

• Knowledge of digital marketing tools and strategies (Google Analytics, marketing automation, etc.)

• Excellent communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced agency environment

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field

• Minimum of 3 years of advanced WordPress development experience
