Job Description:

• Develop and maintain a responsive, high-performance corporate website.
• Build and manage a job portal with search, filtering, and application functionality.
• Implement secure candidate accounts (profile creation, CV uploads, application tracking).
• Develop an admin dashboard for job posting, candidate review, and shortlisting.
• Create an employer interface for job submissions and recruitment requests.
• Integrate AI tools (CV parsing, job matching, chatbots, automated workflows).
• Implement SEO, analytics, and ensure proper website indexing.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years relevant experience (HR/recruitment platform experience is an advantage).
• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern frameworks (e.g., React or Vue).
• Backend experience (Node.js, PHP, or Python) and database management.
• Experience building secure, scalable web platforms.
• Knowledge of AI/API integration and automation tools.
