Job Description:

We are looking for a highly skilled and proactive Web Administrator to manage and optimize our digital presence. In this role, you will be the technical backbone of our website, responsible for ensuring high availability, peak performance, and top-tier security. You will collaborate with our IT and content teams to manage our infrastructure, maintain data integrity, and drive improvements that enhance user experience and SEO. Requirements:

• Website Maintenance & Optimization: Regularly update website content and conduct performance audits. Monitor loading speeds and implement improvements to ensure a fast, responsive user experience.

• Technical Support & Troubleshooting: Act as the primary technical point of contact to fix errors, manage DNS records, and resolve server-side issues to maintain 100% uptime.

• Security & Data Integrity: Safeguard the site against security threats, malware, and viruses. Perform routine backups and implement security patches to ensure data integrity.

• Server & Infrastructure Management: Configure and manage web hosting, databases, and server software. Collaborate with the IT department to ensure the health of our hosting infrastructure.

• Content & Analytics: Partner with internal teams to publish content, manage the site’s architectural structure, and monitor analytics to gain actionable insights into user behavior.

• SEO & UX Strategy: Optimize web pages for search engines (SEO) and enhance site navigation to ensure functionality across all devices and browsers.

• Project Management: Document all technical processes, manage site upgrades, and coordinate effectively with third-party vendors.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Technical Proficiency: Strong understanding of web hosting, DNS management, server administration, and database management.

• Security Mindset: Proven experience in securing websites, performing backups, and mitigating malware/threats.

• Optimization Skills: Experience with speed optimization, SEO best practices, and cross-device functionality.

• Analytical Ability: Ability to interpret web analytics to drive improvements.

• Communication & Coordination: Strong ability to document processes and collaborate with diverse teams, from IT to marketing.

• Problem-Solving: A proactive, diagnostic approach to fixing errors and resolving technical bottlenecks.
