Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Wealth Management Officer to join our team in Lagos. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for driving investment mobilization and cultivating high-value relationships with High-Net-Worth Individuals (HNIs) and corporate clients. You will serve as a trusted financial advisor, helping our clients reach their financial objectives through tailored investment solutions. If you have a deep understanding of capital markets, a track record of successful client acquisition, and a passion for financial excellence, we invite you to help us expand our asset management footprint.

Requirements:

  • Business Development: Actively drive client acquisition and investment mobilization efforts to expand our investor base.

  • Relationship Management: Build and nurture long-term, trust-based relationships with HNIs, corporate clients, and strategic investors.

  • Advisory Services: Analyze client financial goals and recommend suitable investment products, including fixed income, mutual funds, structured products, and alternative investments.

  • Portfolio Management: Conduct regular portfolio reviews, manage client retention, and ensure clients receive proactive service and timely market insights.

  • Team Collaboration: Partner with the broader Investment and Wealth Management teams to deliver seamless, exceptional service.

  • Compliance & Risk: Ensure full adherence to KYC, AML, SEC, and all internal regulatory requirements to safeguard both the firm and the client.

  • Pipeline Management: Maintain and grow a robust pipeline of prospective investors and business opportunities.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

  • Professional Advantage: Relevant certifications such as CIS, CFA (Level I), ACA, or similar qualifications are highly preferred.

  • Experience: 3–5 years of experience in Wealth Management, Investment Advisory, Asset Management, Banking, Private Banking, or Capital Markets.
