Job Description:

We are seeking a disciplined and experienced Warehouse & Inventory Officer to support our manufacturing operations. This role is the critical link between our raw material supply, production output, and technical maintenance. You will be responsible for the high-precision management of industrial inputs—ranging from chemicals and perfumes to packaging and spare parts. If you have 4–6 years of hands-on experience in an industrial warehouse and a talent for maintaining airtight inventory records in a high-volume environment, we want to hear from you.

Requirements:

1. Material Issuance & Production Support

  • Industrial Input Control: Oversee the precise issuance of raw materials, including Soap Noodles, specialized perfumes, titanium extracts, and chemical additives.

  • Packaging Governance: Manage the supply of outer cartons, paper boards, BOPP film, coding ink, and gluing agents to ensure zero downtime in production.

  • Data Verification: Confirm daily production output against manufacturing records to ensure inventory consumption matches finished goods production.

2. Technical Spare Parts Management

  • Inventory Integrity: Receive, document, and securely store all technical spare parts, ensuring they are kept in optimal condition and are ready for immediate use by the maintenance team.

  • Authorization Protocols: Manage the issuance of spare parts, ensuring every item is supported by proper authorization and meticulous documentation.

  • Identification & Sorting: Maintain a highly organized "Spare Parts Store" with clear labeling and systematic arrangement for rapid identification during emergency repairs.

3. Financial Control & Reporting

  • Expense Management: Prepare budgets and manage the weekly payment process for loading and off-loading labor expenses.

  • Inventory Reporting: Generate weekly inventory reports for management, providing clear visibility into stock levels and highlighting reorder points to prevent stock-outs.

  • Audit Leadership: Play a lead role in quarterly and annual physical stock-taking exercises for both raw materials and technical spares.

Qualifications and Skills:

Professional Experience

  • Tenure: 4–6 years of progressive experience in a manufacturing warehouse or industrial stores environment.

  • Education: Minimum of an SSCE qualification. Candidates with additional certifications in Storekeeping or Supply Chain are preferred.

Core Competencies

  • Attention to Detail: Ability to distinguish between highly similar chemical extracts and packaging specifications.

  • Record-Keeping: Strong ability to maintain manual and digital logs with 100% accuracy.

  • Organizational Skills: A systematic approach to arranging heavy raw materials and delicate spare parts for maximum space efficiency.

  • Integrity: Proven track record of honesty in managing high-value assets and labor payments.
