Job Description:

We are seeking a high-velocity and structurally elite Warehouse Officer to anchor the operational engine of our Port Harcourt facility. In the specialized landscape of regional logistics where organizational efficiency is dictated by the speed and accuracy of stock movement success is defined by "Logistics Sovereignty", the ability to harmonize physical storage with the clinical precision required for Inventory Auditing, Dispatch Accuracy, and Multi-Departmental Coordination. This role is designed for an "Operational Architect" with an OND/HND/BSc who can blend "Logistical Grit" (receiving and inspecting goods) with the "Analytical Agility" required to monitor stock levels and identify discrepancies.

Requirements:

1. Flow Orchestration & Storage Governance

• Receiving Sovereignty: Receive, inspect, and record incoming goods with millimetric focus, acting as the primary "Source of Quality Control."

• Storage Architecture: Ensure the proper organization and storage of inventory, providing the "Structural Foundation" for rapid picking and space optimization.

• Integrity Stewardship: Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the facility, ensuring the "Source of Warehouse Safety" is elite and uncompromised.

2. Tactical Resilience & Inventory Logic

• Audit Sovereignty: Conduct periodic stock counts and audits, acting as the primary "Source of Inventory Truth."

• Shortage Architecture: Monitor stock levels and proactively report discrepancies, providing the "Functional Foundation" for uninterrupted supply chain cycles.

• Record Stewardship: Maintain accurate digital and manual warehouse records, maintaining the "Source of Operational Documentation."

3. Operational Integrity & Coordination Power

• Dispatch Sovereignty: Prepare and dispatch orders accurately and on time, acting as the primary "Source of Customer Fulfillment."

• Logistics Architecture: Coordinate with procurement and logistics teams to synchronize arrivals and departures, providing the "Relational Foundation" for facility throughput.

• Velocity Logic: Utilize Microsoft Office and Inventory Software to manage data in real-time, maximizing the "Source of Warehouse Intelligence."

Qualifications and Skills:

Professional Profile

• Education: OND / HND / BSc in Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Experience: Proven experience in Warehouse or Inventory Management.

• Software Mastery: Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and specialized inventory systems.
