Job Description:

We are seeking a disciplined and high-integrity Warehouse Manager to take full ownership of our logistics and storage operations in Aba. In this role, you will be the final authority on inventory movement, security, and facility management.

The ideal candidate is a self-starter who thrives in autonomous environments, requiring minimal supervision to hit operational targets. You will be responsible for transforming our warehouse into a high-efficiency hub—balancing strict compliance with company policies and a proactive approach to solving local logistical challenges. Requirements:

1. Operational Command & Inventory Integrity

• Autonomous Oversight: Manage end-to-end warehouse operations independently, ensuring all inbound and outbound activities are executed with precision.

• Stock Accuracy: Conduct regular cycle counts and audits to ensure a 100% "book-to-physical" match, resolving discrepancies immediately.

• Space Optimization: Strategically plan warehouse layouts to maximize storage density and streamline the picking and packing process.

2. Leadership & Safety Governance

• Team Stewardship: Lead, train, and mentor warehouse staff to maintain a high-performance culture rooted in accountability.

• Policy Compliance: Ensure strict adherence to company operational procedures, health and safety (HSE) standards, and industry regulations.

• Asset Protection: Implement robust security measures and fire prevention protocols to safeguard inventory and company property.

3. Problem Solving & Strategic Analysis

• Crisis Resolution: Apply a proactive problem-solving mindset to address logistical bottlenecks, equipment failures, or delivery delays.

• Performance Reporting: Prepare and submit data-driven reports on warehouse KPIs, including stock turnover and operational costs.

• Vendor & Logistics Coordination: Manage relationships with transporters and third-party logistics providers to ensure timely dispatch and delivery.
