Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and organized Volunteer - Logistics Coordination to support our operations in Lagos. This contract role is ideal for an individual looking to gain hands-on experience in supply chain, transport management, and operational efficiency within a fast-paced environment.

Requirements:

• Assist in the planning, scheduling, and monitoring of logistics operations to ensure timely service delivery.

• Coordinate with vendors, drivers, and internal teams to manage distribution workflows efficiently.

• Maintain accurate records of inventory, shipments, and delivery timelines.

• Support the resolution of logistical bottlenecks and operational challenges as they arise.

• Ensure all logistical activities comply with safety standards and company protocols.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Relevant academic qualifications in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Demonstrated experience or a strong interest in logistics coordination, inventory management, or fleet operations.

• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to multitask in a dynamic environment.

• Proficiency in data management tools (e.g., Microsoft Excel or logistics software) is highly desirable.

• Strong communication skills, with the ability to coordinate effectively with diverse stakeholders in Lagos.

• Residency in or easy access to Lagos is required.
