Job Description:

We are seeking a technically elite, pacing-obsessed, and operationally rigorous Video Governor to anchor the instructional immune system and content-assembly engine of our organization. In the high-stakes world of e-learning where institutional momentum is dictated by the velocity of course-delivery and the precision of the engagement-filter success is defined by "Instructional Sovereignty" the ability to harmonize raw footage with the clinical precision required for Visual-Flow Architecture, Audio-Sync Governance, and Pedagogical-Fidelity Stewardship. This role is designed as an "Instructional Command Center" a critical residency for an ambitious media professional who can blend "Editing Grit" (mastering the complexities of codec-optimization and motion-graphics integration) with the "Structural Agility" required to execute High-Fidelity Production Workflows.

Requirements:

1. Content Sovereignty & Editing Architecture

  • Sovereignty of the Lens: Edit and assemble raw footage into polished instructional videos aligned with LMS standards, acting as the primary "Source of Institutional-Knowledge Throughput."

  • Editing Architecture: Ensure consistency in visual style, pacing, and audio quality, providing the "Structural Foundation" for seamless learner comprehension.

  • Integrity Stewardship: Incorporate branding, graphics, and animations with millimetric precision, ensuring the "Source of Pedagogical-Fidelity" is elite and uncompromised.

2. Production Governance & Synchronization Logic

  • Synchronization Sovereignty: Align audio, visuals, and text to optimize the learner’s cognitive load, acting as the primary "Source of Engagement-Momentum."

  • Strategy Architecture: Collaborate with Motion Graphics/Graphic Designers to integrate assets, providing the "Functional Foundation" for complex instructional modules.

  • Compliance Stewardship: Optimize formats for web-based LMS platforms (compression, resolution), maintaining the "Source of Platform-Reliability."

3. Operational Fidelity & Output Power

  • Diagnostic Sovereignty: Conduct quality checks and revisions, acting as the primary "Source of Quality-Control Insight."

  • Workflow Architecture: Follow course templates and manage multiple project pipelines, providing the "Relational Foundation" for high-volume delivery.

  • Velocity Logic: Utilize Time-Management Expertise to accelerate the "Raw-to-Ready" cycle, maximizing the "Source of Organizational-Content Momentum."

Qualifications and Skills:

Professional Profile

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree or recognized certifications in Film Production, Media, Communications, or a related field.

  • Experience: 3–5 years of professional video editing experience (proven experience in educational or e-learning content is highly preferred).

  • Technical Power: Mastery of Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, and After Effects; deep understanding of video formats, codecs, and audio/color correction.

  • Aptitude: Exceptional attention to detail, deadline discipline, and the ability to maintain creative quality in a high-volume, multi-project environment.
